Woodward's service centre is a factory authorized dealer for Stihl outdoor power equipment. We offer their complete line of products at very competitive prices as well as a full selection of parts and accessories. Our equipment ranges from light residnetly to heavy comercial, allowing you to get the product that's right for you. We service all Stihl products ourselves, ensuring you won't be left waiting when you need repairs and maintenance.

The manufacturer we represent and their distributor hold regular service schools. We attend, become thoroughly familiar with new models, new techni- ques, equipment, special tools and performance standards.

We Maintain Manuals of Service Literature
We receive a continuing flow of service information, parts literature, inventory tips and “how to” bulletins from Stihl. While some of this information is free we purchase a great deal and consider it an investment essential to customer satisfaction.

Warranty Service
In spite of the most rigid inspection and quality control standards, an occasional fault may occur. No one is perfect--that’s why good manufactures provide warranties. We will courteously honor all legitimate warranty work on equip- ment produced by STIHL and sold by us.

We use only factory specified replacement parts and techniques, and will gladly fulfill factory warranty obligations.

Free Chain Brake Safety Check
In 1971 Stihl began to offer chainsaws with a chain brake option. This option is the single most important safety advance in the chainsaw industry in the past 75 years. This safety feature is designed to stop the chain within a fraction of a second after the saw kicks back. It is now standard equipment on all Stihl chainsaw. We will be more than pleased to check this device free of charge.

Preferred Rates On Service Work
In addition to free chain brake inspection, you will also save on repair costs. Our shop rate will always be discounted for repair work on equipment purchased from us.

Preseason Tune-Up Specials
For as long as you own your chainsaw or grass trimmer purchased from Woodward’s Service Centre we will make available a preseason tune-up special. This special will be offered to our own customers only.

Pre-Delivery Service
All equipment sold by us will be fully assembled serviced and inspected before delivery. You will receive a product that will be ready to use the minute you get it home.

Pre-Delivery Instruction
We sincerely hope that the Stihl power equipment you purchase will provide years of trouble free service. That is why we will take the time to show how to safely operate your new power equipment. We will demonstrate the proper use of all the controls and accessories on your equipment as well as the basics of proper maintenance.

Free Loaner
From time to time repairs take longer than expected. If that should happen we will make a free loaner available to you for as long as necessary.
