Pre-Delivery Service
All BROIL KING BBQ’s sold by us will be fully assembled, inspected and tested before delivery. You will receive a product that will be ready to use the moment it arrives at your home.

Helpful Demonstration
We sincerely hope that the barbeque you purchase will provide years of trouble free service. That is why we will take the time to show how to safely operate your new BBQ. We will demonstrate the proper use of all the controls and accessories on your BROIL KING as well as the basics of proper care and maintenance.

We keep up to date
We attend several trade shows and dealer seminars each year. That, combined with regular visits from our BROIL KING BBQ factory representative, assures that we will continue to be thoroughly familiar with new models, design features, service and maintenance procedures and performance standards.

We Maintain Manuals of Service Literature & Parts Listings
We receive a continuing flow of service information “how to” bulletins, and inventory tips from BROIL KING. While some of this information is free, we purchase a great deal and consider it an investment in customer satisfaction.

Warranty Service
In spite of the most rigid inspections and quality control standards, an occasional fault may occur. No one is perfect--that’s why good manufacturers provide warranties. We will courteously honor all legitimate warranty work on equipment produced by BROIL KING and sold by us.

Preferred Rates On Service Work
In addition to free set up and delivery on new BBQ product, you will also save on repair costs. There is no charge for labour or parts on warranty repairs. Our shop rate will always be discounted for out of warranty repairs to BROIL KING BBQ’s sold by us.

Adequate Inventory
Our inventory includes a complete line of replace- ment parts recommended by BROIL KING. Our own control systems and frequent visits from our factory representative, keep that inventory up-to-date---so you won’t have to wait.

What Does This Mean To You?
While many companies carry BBQ’s as a side line and offer little or no service at all, the sales and service of BBQ equipment is a cornerstone of our business. We feel that our EXTENDED SERVICE PROTECTION plan offers our customers the best value for their money. It covers all BROIL KING BBQ’s sold by Woodward’s Service Centre since January 1st, 1990. And best of all---it’s free.
