We at Tekware Computers take pride in our customer support. Not that you should need it, as every new computer that leaves here is first put through a "burn in" period of at least 12 hours to ensure that each and every component works the way you expect it. If ever any of the quality components fail before the warranty runs out, we will come to your house* and fix it, usually within 2 business days.
Each component we use is of the highest quality. None of this generic clone equipment. Companies like Sony CD-ROM, ATI, S3 and Matrox Video Cards, U.S. Robotics Modems. All our motherboards use TRUE Intel chipsets. And when we say Pentium, we don't mean Pentium Clones, we mean INTEL Pentium.
As with any computer dealer, our tech support is free**. If you have a problem, just give us a call and we promise to help you with your problem until it is solved.

*assuming you do not live outside a reasonable distance away from Tekware Computers. This is at the discretion of Tekware Computers. **only hardware problems that are due to manufacture defect. Software problems are to be dealt with only by the author.
