History
the
first album (self titled)In 1990 the unloved put out a six song demo on tape that recieved tons of support on college radio and on Much Music. Later, in 1993, the first album was released on Eureka records. Within a month of release the unloved were enjoying air play on over 240 stations in the U.S. and Canada. The album (entitled "unloved") was distributed in the U.S. by BMG, Canada by Capitol and in Germany by Bellaphon Records.
Right now the unloved are busy with the release of their new
album "unglued." So far it's available in Canada on Flog
135 Records and now it's available through Oar Fin distribution
in The USA. Ohter territories should be falling into place soon.
This album marks a return of the same energy and vivaciousness that came
with the first album but with a more mature sound. You'll have to check
it out for yourself to see what we mean.
