What is UltraLeather?
UltraLeather is a Non-woven fabric with a surface of 100% polyurethane and
a knit backing of 70% cuprammonium rayon and 30% nylon. The knit backing
allows 25% stretch with 100% recovery making UltraLeather a perfect choice
for form fitting garments such as pants, jeans, skirts or jackets. It is
machine washable & dryable, water repellent and wrinkle free. It is much
easier to sew than real leather and fine pins will not leave pinholes.
Pre-washing is recommended as it will shrink in length approximately 2%.
UltraLeather has a slight surface grain, but does not require a Nap layout. The
luxurious feel of fine lambskin makes it a perfect choice for many garments.
