Magitronics come with a 3 year parts and labour manufacturer's warranty, as well as the Genesis customer satisfaction warranty.

Scanners

These devices permit you to convert optical data into digital computer-readable data. These work in much the same way as a photocopier, except that they allow you to do much more. After scanning an image, you can manipulate it however you want using your computer (e.g. change colours, size, rotation, etc.) and your computer can even read type-written information and input it into your favourite word-processor, thus saving hours of typing.

At Genesis we have tested many scanners. These are very temperamental devices. In order for a scanner to meet our standards of quality, it must include stable software, high-performance, and pass our reliability tests. We have rejected and refused to sell many popular name-brand scanners because they did not meet our standards of quality.

Currently, we are only selling one brand of scanner, because all the others are not good enough for our customers. The ScanTak is not a particularly popular name in scanner technology, but it is the only reasonably priced scanner that we are willing to sell with the Genesis customer satisfaction warranty.
